Do I need to book an appointment at your Trowbridge bridal BOUTIQUE?

Yes. We are appointment only. We offer private appointments with a personal stylist. We allow 90 minutes on your first appointment with us. Click here to book an appointment.

Do you charge an appointment fee?

We charge a fee for your first appointment, which secures your personal styling session with us: £10 on a weekday or £15 on a weekend. Follow Up appointments to retry favourite dresses are complimentary after your first visit to us.

Appointments can be booked online here, where you can choose a date and time that works for you. If you are looking for an appointment within the next 48 hours, please give us a call.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Please give us at least 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or re-schedule your fitting. If you cancel within 48 hours we are unable to reschedule your appointment or refund the appointment fee.

Can I take photographs?

We do not allow photos to be taken as a photo of you in a sample dress will never be a true reflection of how you’ll look on your wedding day. We kindly ask you to refrain from taking photos throughout the appointment.

How many people can I bring with me?

We kindly ask that you bring a maximum of three guests with you as it can be overwhelming to have too many opinions. Just a few of your closest family and friends who know you and your style.

Our overall boutique price range is from £895-£3000

How do I pay for my dress?

For Take Home Today dresses the payment is necessary in full on the day of purchase. For made to order gowns there it is a 50% non refundable deposit to get the order placed once you have chosen the dress for you, . The balance of the dress is payable when the gown arrives in store.

What size are the sample dresses?

Our sample dresses range from size 8-16, with the majority being sizes 10-14.

We work hard to ensure that the Always You experience is relaxed and stress-free, to ensure brides feel comfortable and most importantly have fun. With years of experience, we have plenty of tricks of the trade to show you the correct fit, once your dress is in your perfect size.

Do you offer a fittings service?

We provide recommendations of the best alteration services in the area.

Do I need to bring anything to my appointment?

We suggest wearing skin tone, seamless underwear. We also request that you do not wear fake tan or heavy makeup.

How long before my wedding should I buy my dress in Wiltshire?

If you're shopping Take Home Today dresses this timeline is much shorter and determined by your alteration seamstresses availability. For made to order gowns we recommend starting shopping up to a year prior to your wedding date, and purchasing around 9-12 months before the wedding to allow for lead time and alterations. You can speak with a stylist and they will work with you and your wedding date. We can offer rush orders at an additional fee if required and we also offer a take home today collection which you can view here.
